[Plantsci] Critical: Upcoming Deadlines! for Financial Processing"

Hello All,

 

PLEASE READ:   Referring to the email that I sent on August 24th 2011.  The
Deadlines for final processing of documents on our old financial system are
fast approaching.   Once,  the cut off dates have been arrive, we cannot
process reimbursements or use AZ BuysWays again until Oct 5, 2011.

 

.        Expense Reimbursements or Travel Expense Reimbursement:   Complete
and accurate receipts to Gabe and / or  Laura no later than Monday 09.19.11
at noon.  These must be signed by you no later than Noon on 09.20.11 after
Laura  and / or Gabe have processed them.

 

.        Quotes for requests for PO:  Last day to turn in the quote to have
a PO created in the old system September 20th.

 

.        AZBuyWays:  Last Day to shop on the current AZBuyWays system Sept
23rd at Noon
