Hello All,

 

For those of you who are authorize to use Arizona BuyWays via the Shop
Catalog function, please remember from the training session we held, that
you must include the vendor and lab name in the Description Field (the first
field on the Payment Voucher.)   This is extremely important that this
information is there as that is what posts to the University Ledger Reports.
I can't change this information when I am approving.  Therefore, if this
information is not completed and accurate, I will have no other choice but
to deny the order.
