NOTE:           
Exhaust fans will be down all day December 7, 2011.

DATE:                
Wednesday, December 7, 2011 - Exhaust Fans Shutdown
Thursday, December 8, 2011 - Air Handlers Shutdown

TIME:              
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.  (each day)

DESCRIPTION:
Facilities Management will be performing preventative maintenance.  Air
handlers and exhaust fans will be turned off one at a time for servicing.
This will affect heating and cooling during the maintenance period.  During
the shutdown all chemicals must be capped in the hoods. The roof exhaust
fans will all be off the entire time during the scheduled hours.  *Note: All
chemicals in hoods must be capped or removed prior.

The morning of the shutdown, each fume hood will have a placard placed on
the front.  Fume hoods cannot be used during the shutdown, and they will be
checked to assure all chemicals are capped or removed.
