Hello All,

As next Friday, 11.11.11, is Veteran's Day - a national holiday.  The
University will be closed and timesheet will be due earlier than usual.
Also, I will be our vacation next week, therefore, I am not available to due
Ad Hoc Approving for employees for faculty who may be traveling.  Therefore,
all faculty and supervisor's must approved their lab's timesheet worksheet
as sent to them by the Admin Staff.

The Payroll Schedule for next week is:

All timesheets must be completed and submitted for  the Pay Period of
10.31.11 to 11.13.11 by Tuesday 11.8.11 at Noon.  No Exceptions.

The Timesheet Worksheets will be sent to the Faculty / Supervisors by
Wednesday 11.09.11 5:00 p.m. by the Admin Staff.

Approvals via email are due back to the Admin Staff no later than Thursday
11.10.11 at Noon. No Exceptions.
