[Plantsci] P-Card Processing

Hello All,

As I mentioned in my email of 07.21.11, we are changing some of the duties
and responsibilities in the Administrative Office of Plant Sciences.   One
of the changes is who will be reconciling the p-card charge transactions.
I have assigned these duties to Renee Ammons, Laura de DeSteiguer and
Gabriel Rodriguez.  Each of been assigned to reconcile p-card transactions
for certain p-card holders.  Below is the list of who is assigned to whom in
the Administrative Office for p-card transactions.

The same rules for processing p-card purchases are still in place:

.         Only purchases where a receipt (complete in detail) can produced
are allowable.

.         Receipts with complete information must be turned into the
Administrative Office (your assigned reconciler) within three days of
purchase.  No Exceptions!

.         Business purpose and accounts to be credited must be annotated on
the receipt or accompanying email.

.         If your p-card does is not distinguished a laboratory p-card (and
that will appear on the P-Card) then only you can make purchases on that
card.  No one else can do this.  No Exceptions.  If this rule is broken your
p-card will be suspended.
