challenge of achieving global resilience to climate variability without
depending on unsustainable energy inputs. They aim to
provide an understanding of:</font></p>

managing and benefitting from variability in climate and natural

<li class=""><font face="HelveticaNeue" class="">the key factors that support the resilience of pastoral systems, and t<span dir="ltr" role="presentation" class="">he role of </span><span dir="ltr" role="presentation" class="">non-climate stressors in pastoralists’ vulnerability to</span><br role="presentation" class=""><span dir="ltr" role="presentation" class="">climate hazards</span>; and</font></li>

livelihood systems in dryland areas and beyond, to address the challenge
