<P>The COAG endorsed the proposal and draft resolution to be submitted for the consideration of the 165<SUP>th</SUP> session of the FAO Council for adoption by the 42<SUP>nd</SUP> session of the FAO conference.</P><P></P>
<P>The Council meeting is in December 2020 and the Conference is in June 2021.</P><P></P>

This proposal was accepted in writing by I don’t know how many countries, and orally - just now - by Myanmar, Sudan, Philippines, Mali, China, Peru, Turkey and Kenya. There were no objections and no questions - also not about sources of funding.<BR>
