We are asking people to post the clip on YouTube and send the link to us, so that our website team can put it into the respective regional pages on the website.

We already have such testimonials coming in from different regions, but we don’t have anything yet from Central & South America. We also have no testimonials thus far from North Africa & the Middle East, although we hope some will come in this week. We have to get all the materials for the website together by 12 Sept, so in one week’s time. We want to have the “online booth” up and running one week before the COAG meeting starts on 28 Sept, and the webmaster needs some time to make it ready.

A complication is that we would need English subtitles if the speaker does not speak in English. I have been told that there is a programme for subtitling in YouTube but I have not tried it. If we cannot get non-English testimonials with subtitles, we will simply have to put them on the website as they are and hope that at least the COAG country reps from that region can understand them.

If anyone in the ISG can arrange testimonials from these regions - or others - then please do so. You can refer to the attached call that Dana made in Australia for ideas about what should be in it. Of course, Dana has pitched her call to Australians, but the principles will be the same in other regions.

On each regional page, we will probably feature only two testimonials but we will make a link to still more testimonials from the region.

Cheers,

Ann
