<p class="MsoNormal">Last week we had a very constructive CELEP annual general meeting in Brussels, including a lunchtime conference at the European Commission InfoPoint, where Misereor’s new pastoral development orientation framework (see attachment) was presented.
Although the focus is on Ethiopia, the first part of the orientation framework is relevant for pastoralism worldwide. The author and facilitator of the process of developing the orientation framework was Saverio Krätli (editor of the journal
<i>Nomadic Peoples</i>).<o:p></o:p></p>
