<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">We would be very happy to play a role in the event. The only problem is that we cannot propose it because we already have two proposals
planned, which is more than the UNCCD usually likes from one institution. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
