<div class="">The report addresses the UNEA-2 resolution on "Combating Desertification, Land Degradation and Drought and Promoting Sustainable Pastoralism and Rangelands”, and it identifies the need for a global integrated assessment of rangelands and pastoralists
that will provide a knowledge baseline crucial for monitoring the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) among pastoralists.</div>
