Rejoignez-nous pour la deuxième édition du Colloque International sur l’(Agro)pastoralisme 
en Afrique organisé du 12 au 14 novembre 2024 à Saly par le Pôle 
Pastoralisme et Zones Sèches (PPZS) (www.ppzs.org <http://www.ppzs.org> ).

Le thème retenu cette année: l'(Agro)pastoralisme en Afrique: dynamiques en 
cours et perspectives, en préparation de l'Année internationale des parcours 
et des pasteurs en collaboration avec le groupe de plaidoyer d’Afrique 
Occidentale et Centrale pour l’Année internationale des parcours et des 
pasteurs (https://www.iyrp.info/west-central-africa).

Le Colloque international sur le Pastoralisme fait suite à la première 
édition tenue novembre 2017. Près de 200 participants d'une quinzaine de 
nationalités sont attendus sur 3 jours pour discuter des enjeux actuels et à 
venir de l'(agro)pastoralisme (sécurité, technologie, chaînes de valeurs 
économiques, etc.)

Join us for the second edition of the International Colloquium on 
(Agro)pastoralism in Africa, organized from November 12 to 14, 2024 in Saly 
by the Pôle Pastoralisme et Zones Sèches (PPZS) (www.ppzs.org 
<http://www.ppzs.org> ).

This year's theme: (Agro)pastoralism in Africa: current dynamics and 
prospects, in preparation for the International Year of Rangelands and 
Pastoralists, in collaboration with the West and Central African advocacy 
group for the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists 
(https://www.iyrp.info/west-central-africa).

The International Colloquium on Pastoralism follows on from the first 
edition held in November 2017. Nearly 200 participants of 15 nationalities 
are expected to attend over 3 days to discuss current and future issues in 
(agro)pastoralism (security, technology, economic value chains, etc.).
