>
> In FAO’s Global Dialogue on water tenure, customary (or community-based) water tenure refers to the ways in which people in low-income rural areas relate to each other with regard to water (FAO 2020). Local governance of self-supply for domestic uses, livestock, and agriculture and local norms to deal with climate variability, especially during the dry season, is typically integrated. Yet, locked in silos, external public support for infrastructure and water laws tend to ignore customary water tenure.
>
> In this webinar, speakers from different sectors will discuss the resulting problems and integrated pathways forward, combining pastoralism (see https://vimeo.com/718011011 <https://8620q.r.a.d.sendibm1.com/mk/cl/f/MF4FM0qNqj4tYKseJxyC4KUZQRjNZKixh3X76N2LHW6DPXSJibVY4lHYAaazkYZOxM51-DVpBb-CdaQMwJIobfIy0gyQf-mE6eaCABAy1Lqk_bU_rrBU34RnxTEj7Qk-k4ffw8lLPtjsAay-3he9nC1Udj-l31ZhfmCwfL0EldnkkNJL6qDeWDGHffHZ9mTgrAgiIFDoN4X6qw> ); WASH/multiple-use systems (both self supply and public systems), and informal supported Farmer-led Irrigation Development (FLID).

> Chers membres du RWSN,
>
