[IYRPsupportgroup] Nomination of Dr Igshaan Samuels as co-chair of IYRP GCG

I do second Dr Igshaan Samuel's nomination as co-chair of IYRP GCG.
Since he has done great and successful work coordinating various groups in
Eastern and Southern Africa and globally.
