Dear IYRP Colleagues,
I hope you are all well. We experience a big drought nowadays (actually
since autumn) in Hungary, many herders have problems with forage
availability, but they all hope for some rain. I hope, the pastures are
better in your region.
I am writing to the list, as I will attend the *IPBES plenary next week
in Bonn*. I expect that several of the members of our IYRP groups will
also be there as experts, authors, members of delegations etc. However,
I do not know who is a member and who is not.
There will be several *topics highly relevant for herders *(e.g.
Sustainable use of biodiversity, Diverse values of nature etc.). I hope
we will be able to enrich the discussions about pastoralists/herders.
*If any of you will be there* *in Bonn*, I would be happy to sit
together and network/discuss/brainstorm about IYRP and
herder/pastoralist issues in general.
Please *send your answer in private **directly to me* to avoid loading
the list with personal emails unnecessarily.
Best: Zsolt Molnár
P.S.: The list of particiants is available here, but I do not know who
is also an IYRP member: https://ipbes.net/ipbes9/lop
