Hurrah,, we now have three European countries! We heard that already this morning during a Zoom discussion with people from the European Commission (EC). The website was very useful for that; the EC staff praised it.

As Spanish representatives in FAO just said to us, on September 24, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Mr. Luis Planas Puchades, addressed his Mongolian counterpart, Mr. Mr. Zagdjav Mendsaikhan, expressing the support of the Government of Spain to the initiative proposed by the Government of Mongolia for the declaration of the year 2026 as the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists.
