[IYRPsupportgroup] Corrected number of support/commitment letters for IYRP

Dear Pablo
Thank you for checking! it is hard to keep track of things. So everyone's
help is welcome.

The joint letter from Redes Chaco and Pastoramericas was among the first
commitment letters that came, thanks to you Pablo! They are part of GRULAC
(which is FAO's acronym for South America). Even though it was one letter,
I have counted it as two organizations. Hope that's correct?
