Dear David,

The final report on the COAG meeting should be approved tomorrow afternoon (in Rome - time to be confirmed)

It would probably be only then that we could start making public statements about this. But the drafting committee will not be changing any of the substance of the summaries for each item - including the item on the IYRP. It will only be making the language and described procedures FAO-conform.

I could see if I can capture what is in the minutes - they use screen sharing so one cannot cut and paste from that.
