[IYRPsupportgroup] FYI: CELEP seeks external evaluator of the Coalition

Dear all,

As many members of the International Support Group for the International Year of Rangelands & Pastoralists are interested in pastoralism, networking and lobbying, I forward this mail to you,

The Coalition of European Lobbies for Eastern African Pastoralism (CELEP) is seeking a consultant to carry out an external (but participatory) evaluation of the Coalition, for the first time since it started over 10 years ago. I attach the Terms of Reference.

Please share them with others who might be interested in this. The consultancy can be done by a person anywhere in the world, as the work will be entirely in virtual mode.
