Thank you. Yes, we are already prepared all the docs of the Mongolian  for IYRP and Ministry of  Food and Agriculture will send very soon it  Now  from today the Chair of NSG and other our colleagues in the Ministry working for Minister's Note Verbale , as we have Mongolian National Holiday-Naadam in last week. I'm   in this week on the travel for  ILC Asia  MSP   facilitators    meeting  in India.

Just to let you know about the last communication between COAG and the Mongolian Permanente Representation to FAO in Rome ( see message below). As you can see they are requesting to send  an official email or Note Verbale transmitting the request.
Please let me know when this official request will be sent. Like this I can follow up on it.

Reference is made to the proposal by the Government of Mongolia for the proclamation of an International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists during the next 27th Session of the Committee on Agriculture (COAG) to be held from 28 September to 2 October 2020 at FAO Headquarters. Background documentation is attached for ease of reference and includes:

-    29/06/18: Letter from Chair of Committee for the IY of Rangelands and Pastoralists to the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, Government of Mongolia

-    18/07/18: Letter from Minister (above) to FAO DG

-    23/08/18: Reply from FAO DG to Minister (above) indicating to contact COAG
In this connection and in order to follow the standard procedure, it would be appreciated if the COAG Secretariat could receive an official email or Note Verbale transmitting the request.
