The IYRP Global Secretariat therefore welcomes all efforts to form national IYRP2026 groups. In every country, there are existing national and subnational organisations and initiatives seeking to improve the livelihoods of pastoralists and the health of the natural environment. When these groups come together at national level, they can leverage of the IYRP2026 to have a stronger voice in their outreach and influence within their country and can also link up with other national IYRP support groups in their region to engage in policy dialogue at regional level.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">We are therefore very pleased to learn that several organisations and individuals in Germany have formed a German IYRP group: see the attached announcement (also on the IYRP website: <a href="https://iyrp.info/sites/iyrp.org/files/IYRP Support Group formed in Germany_final.pdf" class="">https://iyrp.info/sites/iyrp.org/files/IYRP%20Support%20Group%20formed%20in%20Germany_final.pdf</a>). </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Others in Germany who would like to join this group can contact Jutta Sundermann (Aktion Agrar) or Sabine Poth (League for Pastoral Peoples), both in cc.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Cheers,</div><div class="">Ann</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""></div></body></html>
