To all of you who registered for the International Grassland & Rangeland Congress (IGC/IRC) 2021 in Kenya:

It looks as though Protel has now managed to upload most of the recordings of the various sessions during the Congress. If you registered, you can use your access code for the IGC/IRC to go into the e-platform again and see the recordings of the sessions.

The recording of the first concurrent session organised on the IYRP is functioning; unfortunately, the recording of the second concurrent session is not - and also not the pastoralist award ceremony. But the selected films from the “Perspectives on pastoralism” film festival can be viewed, and also the interesting contributions on pastoral land and generational issues made after the films by Hussein Wario.

The papers and presentations I uploaded on the IYRP website are only those related somehow to the IYRP but the recordings on the IGC/IRC2021 e-platform include (almost) all the presentations in the entire Congress.

Thus far, I think that the site is available only to those who registered. I have no idea if or when the recordings will become available to the general public.

Wishing everyone a happy holiday season (if you celebrate Xmas) and all the best in the coming year!

Ann
