<p class="MsoNormal">We have received six nominations for the two co-chair positions for the IYRP ISG. This means that, including myself, there will be three IYRP co-chairs. The various roles and responsibilities of the co-chairs are contained within the Terms
of Reference, which is attached. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You will be given the option to select your choice of two candidates who you think will be best suited for the positions.You also have the option just to elect one candidate, if you think that you cannot decide on your second choice. Lastly,
you also have the option to not vote at all (thus abstaining). <b>You are only allowed to vote once as an individual, and institutions that serve on the GCG should only allow one of its representatives to vote on its behalf. </b><o:p></o:p></p>
