Confirmed nominees were then requested to provide the following:</div><div class="">1. a brief biography </div><div class="">2. a short speech (either in the form of a text or a simple recording) on what they intended to bring to the leadership role, emphasizing their commitment to actively lead and dedicate time to the responsibilities.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><b class="">D.</b> Subsequently, we distributed the online voting poll to all members, enabling them to cast their votes for their preferred nominees for each role. To maintain the integrity of the process, all responses were kept anonymous.
