I'm sure we will morph into something else and perhaps in the future be permanently institutional in FAO or another UN body. with IYRP has to be formalized. The draft Memorandum of Cooperation between the <b>
IYRP</b> and the Framework Convention on the Protection and Sustainable Development of the Carpathians (<b>Carpathian Convention</b>), representing 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe sharing the Carpathian Mountains, is in its final stages. The drafting
process was led by Engin Yilmaz from the IYRP, and we seek your comments on the final draft before we as co-chairs can sign the MoC.
