We need to make the IYRP circle bigger, if I may put it that way. For an effective communications strategy, we need funds. We have approached many people within the IYRP ISG who might be able to voluntarily assist with communications, but we understand, everyone has a limited capacity. While few people have offered limited assistance, it is nowhere enough to get the IYRP communications "machine" fully functional and to do what we want it to do. As such, we need to have more people on board, and would have to compensate them for their time, which we fully understand.

Prior to setting up a global communications team of volunteers and appointed members, we need the communications strategy. This would ensure that we have an in-house institution who understands what the IYRP wants to achieve but also would be more cost effective for the IYRP. Yolda, who would have to use human resources to develop the communications strategy, would have to cover their expenses, which we agree with.
