[Iyrp-gcg] First GCG meeting for 2025

I have filled in the poll as best I can, but I have another Doodle poll pending for some of the same days and times. The deadline for that poll is 7 Feb; after that (when I know the timing of the other meeting), I can adjust my availability for this meeting.
