[Iyrp-gcg] Cast Your Vote: Nominees for the FAO-Hosted IYRP Steering Committee

Hi Colleagues
I can't select any candidates from a cluster I don't know about experiences.
Our proposal is that each one votes among his/her cluster. Another option
is to allow users to leave some pages without voting.

Please let me know what you think to go ahead with this
