[Iyrp-gcg] IYRP request to GEF CEO to priorities' rangelands for GEF9

Dear Anders

You are indeed correct. I will edit the text to make it a bit more explicit
that we also want GEF to support work with pastoralists and on
pastoralism.

*In general, I received positive responses from less than half of the GCG
constituents and will send off the letter on Wednesday. No opposing
responses were received. *

*I will still allow GCG members to add their support for this inittiave for
the next 24 hours. *
