[Iyrp-gcg] IYRP request to GEF CEO to priorities' rangelands for GEF9

Dear Igshaan, good people,

While reference is made to IYR*P* in the draft letter to GEF*,* I do not
see Pastoralists mentioned in this letter, but only Rangelands?

As Pastoralists we clearly also "...remain significantly underrepresented
in global environmental agendas", to say the least.

While I of course do not principally disagree with lifting the issue of
rangelands, why can this letter not also include the other component of the
IYRP?
