[Iyrp-gcg] Looking for a Mongolia-based consultant

Hi All,

ILRI is looking for a consultant either Mongolian or based in Mongolia to develop  a green livestock action plan, and related activities for the WB. This will include reviewing policy and institutional situation for addressing climate change, analysing climate risk, and recommending a green livestock development pathway.

Any thoughts from Mongolian colleagues here before I pursue elsewhere?
