[Iyrp-gcg] IYRP co-chair elections outcome

Dear IYRP GCG

Thank You all for your positive responses. There were no objections
received and we will appoint the top two candidates as IYRP ISP co-chairs.
The results have now been communicated with the six candidates.

We will now move forward from here.
