[Iyrp-gcg] Nomination for co-chair of IYRP ISG

Thank You for the suggestion.
We will still take nominations in the form of an email to the GCG. The
proposer makes a formal nomination and attaches the CV of the nominee, who
also has to agree to the nomination.
