[Iyrp-gcg] URGENT Review: Stockholm+50 background docs by 9 March

Dear GCG members,

We agreed yesterday to engage with the Stockholm+50 process so as to bring
the voice of pastoralists to it.  A Side event proposal has already been
submitted. And three of us are now coordinating our representation in the
Informal Working Groups: Anders Oskal, Rashmin Singh, and Igshaan Samuels.

The first meetings of these Informal Working Groups are being held next
week. They will be discussing the background documents for the Conference.
Two of them have by now been posted, and we ask you to kindly review and
provide your feedback, preferably in track changes if possible. I hope we
can be prepared to send them our collective feedback by 11th March.  Please
therefore send your comments directly to the following, with copy to me, *by
9th March:*

LD 2 Background doc = Rashmi Singh (email copied)
LD 3 Background doc = Igshaan Samuels (email copied)
