[Iyrp-gcg] Short briefing on IPBES 9

Dear GCG members
Please see attached for your information, a short report on the recently
concluded IPBES 9 (the scientific body of the Convention for Biological
Diversity) that Zsolt Molnar of the Europe RISG has prepared for us.

While IPLCs were the topic of focus, there was very little on pastoralists.
I hope we can pull together a good Biodiversity Sub-group of the GCG that
can find ways to increase the visibility of pastoralists in the CBD
process.
