[Iyrp-gcg] 28 Feb: IYRP resolution on UNGA agenda

Dear GCG colleagues

The IYRP draft resolution has been placed on the UNGA agenda for approval
on *28 Feb 2022*.  It is being co-sponsored by quite a few countries
(Angola, Bolivia, CAR, Fiji, Kyrgyzstan, Nicaragua, DPRK, ROK, Russian
Federation, Syria and Tajikistan), and I attach below the official draft.

We are discussing with FAO and Government of Mongolia, what kind of a
social media campaign to undertake and will get back to you as soon as
possible.

I would also like to suggest we convene a GCG meeting in early March.
