[Iyrp-gcg] GCG-INFO: Final version of Taglines for Branding Guidelines

Dear GCG

I am reminded very correctly by Engin, that we *do not want to start using
these taglines and messages right away*.  We must wait for the best time to
coincide with UNGA discussions. So please hold off on using the taglines
and messages in your regions until we have a clearer schedule established
for the social media campaign.

Some regions may want to get prepared for that by starting to translate
them into your relevant languages. But please do not publicize
the taglines/messages until we get a go-ahead from the Global Comms Team.

However, the rest of the branding guidelines (e.g. how to use the IYRP
logo, and formatting style and font for flyers etc.) can be used.
