resume initiating first no-cost extensions in eRA Commons, in accordance with the NIH Grants Policy Statement, <a href="https://grants.nih.gov/grants/policy/nihgps/HTML5/section_8/8.1.1_nih_standard_terms_of_award.htm#Extensio"><b>Section 8.1.1.3</b></a>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
