<p class="MsoNormal">A joint Pima Community College (PCC) and UArizona team is looking for STEM faculty highly motivated to mentor Pima STEM students pre-transfer while at the same time earning supplemental compensation and gaining professional development
on mentoring in an inclusive, asset-based manner.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The experience will involve 1:1 mentoring, as well as participation in a cross-institution community of practice, where you will receive ongoing support from peers as you develop your mentoring philosophy.<o:p></o:p></p>
