<div class="">The CALS Career Center (CC) is excited to share with you two newly developed resources: a general Career Development Plan and a more specific Career Competency Development Plan. These tools, both of which are attached here, are designed to help
students plan and track their development of the college-wide career competencies and thereby the entrepreneurial mindset that we aim to cultivate in every CALS graduate. Please consider posting it as a value-add resource on your D2L course sites and point
students to them on the Career Center website (<a href="https://cals.arizona.edu/students/cals-career-center" class="">https://cals.arizona.edu/students/cals-career-center</a>). I have posted the tools on my current course sites with early student feedback
being positive.</div>
