<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt">The University will not accept new awards, gifts, affiliate membership dues, or other support from Huawei, ZTE, or their subsidiaries, and will not accept renewals of existing activity. This moratorium is due to
federal investigations regarding wire fraud, intellectual property theft, and sanction violations. The University will revisit this moratorium as needed.
