All requests for indirect cost waivers must be submitted to Ron
Allen, Associate Dean for Research (ADR) and not directly to the UA
Office of the Vice President for Research (VPR). Any requests sent
to the VPR's office will be returned to CALS' ADR office and this
process will unduly delay your grant submission and create extra
work.

CALS' policy on IDC waivers is that each case will be reviewed
individually and approval at the college level is expected to be a
very rare event. Each request will need to include a very strong
