Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) – Thurs Jan 29th, 2026
The University of Arizona’s Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Program invites students, postdocs, and faculty to attend an upcoming workshop on The Ethics of Peer Review. This practical, discussion-based session fulfills NIH RCR training requirements and supports ethical, responsible research practices campus-wide

FUNDING
Horizon Europe: Research Funding – Wed Feb 11th, 2026
The France-Arizona Institute is hosting a learning session on European research funding opportunities through the Horizon Europe program on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM at the Grand Challenges Research Building (Room 130). The session will feature presentations by Dr. Martin Penny (European Research Council) and Celine Peroni (European Commission, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) and is open to U.S. researchers interested in EU funding.

SYMPOSIA
Call for One Health Posters – due Fri Jan 30th, 2026
All researchers and students are invited to present a poster at the 2026 Southwest One Health Symposium on Friday, February 13, at the Health Sciences Innovation Building (HSIB), Room 100B. The symposium will focus on Operationalizing One Health through data-driven, community-engaged, cross-sector approaches.
