[Faculty] D2L is now Brightspace!

Good Morning CALES Faculty,


I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to share an important update regarding our learning management system (LMS).



We want to inform administrative units that our LMS, currently known as D2L, will officially be referred to as "Brightspace" going forward. This change aligns with D2L's corporate rebranding, which occurred in 2015, and coincides with our recent contract renewal.



To ensure consistency across our institutional communications, we ask that you please: update any current website content, policies, procedures, handbooks, or other materials that reference "D2L" to now use "Brightspace."
