[Faculty] Change of Date/Time: Discussion on Federal Research Funding Issues

ALVSCE Colleagues,

With apologies, it turns out that we need to change the date/time for this Zoom meeting to April 29 at 10 am.  Same Zoom link.

We'll have a second update and open discussion on Federal Funding Issues next Friday at 3:00 pm by Zoom.

The intent of these meetings is to provide a forum for open discussion and sharing of information.

As in the prior meeting, I'll provide a brief up-to-date assessment of federal funding issues, as well as current information on research directions likely to be pursued by the new administration. However, the main purpose is to have an open discussion of issues or questions that folks may have for faculty colleagues and administration.  While we are not likely to have answers to all questions and solutions to all problems in real time, it is important that we know what issues folks are facing so that we can work to address them as a follow up to the meeting.
