This series is a collaborative effort between the University of Arizona Career-Track Faculty Working Group and Faculty Affairs. The goal of the series is to share insights and best practices for teaching and supporting career-track faculty. In this session, panelists will share their experiences as career-track faculty at the University of Arizona, highlighting institutional strategies, support systems, and the history of developing a successful model for career-track faculty. This model, which guided the University of Arizona to win the Delphi Award in 2023, focuses on three key policy and practice areas: appointment, advancement, and retention.
