[Faculty] A Small Task for All Teaching Faculty

Good morning, everyone!

This morning in a Faculty Portfolio update meeting, we were told that all teaching for fall 2024 would be pulled into Faculty Portfolio on or about Reading Day.

The FP Help Desk personnel advised that, prior to Reading Day, each faculty member with a 2024 (winter, spring, summer, OR fall) teaching appointment, please go into UAccess to make certain your teaching information is accurate. UAccess is the source of the information that is pulled into Faculty Portfolio - if it is incorrect in UAccess, it will be incorrect in your Annual Review materials, and it's more difficult to fix once it's pulled into Faculty Portfolio.

IF you find an error in UAccess, please contact your Unit Coordinator who enters teaching assignments, and they can fix it for you.

To check your data in UAccess:

  *   Click on "Instructor Center" on the UAccess Home Page
  *   Your courses should be listed - mine came up as Spring 2024 courses; to check on other terms, click on "Change Term" near the top of the page
