PLEASE take the time to check your spring courses - including percentage of course ownership, number of students, and other data - using the login on this page: https://facultyportfolio.arizona.edu/about/about-annual-profile. If you find any errors, please follow the instructions in the email.

This should take you about 5 minutes, and will ensure accuracy when you are going through next year's annual review.

Hello Annual Profile Coordinators,

As the Spring 2024 semester comes to an end, please remind your faculty to check their spring courses in Annual Profile. This will help ensure the information is populated correctly for their next annual review starting in December.

If there is an error:

  *   Faculty should first work with the department room & course scheduler to have the schedule of classes corrected in UAccess Student.
  *   AFTER the correction has been made in UAccess student, please email uav-support at list.arizona.edu<mailto:uav-support at list.arizona.edu> with the instructor name, course subject, catalog number and section number and describe the changes that need to be made.
  *   Corrections will be made in Annual Profile after they have been verified in the Student system.

Student Course Surveys will be loaded into Annual Profile in early July.

We understand this is a busy time of year for both staff and faculty, we appreciate your assistance in ensuring the course data is accurate.
