Good morning!
The first of two Promotion Workshops will be held on Monday, May 13 from 9:00 AM to Noon. If you plan to attend, please read to the bottom of this email where I ask for information.
We will be covering the following information on Monday:
Section 1. Summary Data Sheet
Section 2. Summary of Workload Assignment; Pandemic Impact Statement
Section 3. Departmental and College Criteria
Section 4. CV, Collaborator List, Representative Work
Section 5. Candidate Statement
(If time permits) Section 6. Teaching Portfolio, first part (second part will be covered on May 17)
Location:
In person: Saguaro Hall, Room 219 - limited snacks will be provided, please bring a reusable cup
Via Zoom: https://arizona.zoom.us/j/81534133138; Passcode: Monday
The workshop will be recorded.
This will be very interactive. Bring lots of questions. We will cover all tracks (Career, Continuing, Tenure) and all ranks (promotion to Associate, Full).
If you are planning to attend in person - please send me an email by 5:00 PM today (don't "reply all") so we can make certain we have enough drinks and snacks.
