Everyone,

Today's warm weather reminds us that Spring 2024 graduation is only 6 weeks away.  Please review the message below from our student services team here in Career and Academic Services.  We need to start gathering graduation RSVPs from faculty who will be attending.  The earlier we know your intentions, the better we can plan.

Notice also that we will have two graduation ceremonies this year, one for Undergraduate Students (May 11) and a new, special ceremony for Graduate Students (May 13).

Saturday, May 11, 2024
2 - 4 p.m. | McKale Center

CALES Graduate Student (MS/PhD) Convocation
Monday, May 13, 2024
2 - 4 p.m. | Crowder Hall

Please RSVP here if you plan to attend either or both ceremonies.<https://forms.office.com/r/xw92iTEHtd> This form will ask you which ceremonies you plan to attend in-person, where you plan to sit (stage or floor), the names of students you plan to hood, and if you need to rent regalia.



The RSVP form automatically collects your name and UAZ email address. Please respond by Sunday, May 5 at 11:59 p.m. More details regarding day-of logistics will be sent closer to the events.
